Sweet Cheeks Postpartum Services LLC ("Sweet Cheeks Postpartum") is committed to providing compassionate, professional, evidence-based postpartum support tailored to each family’s unique needs.
This document outlines the policies, expectations, and service guidelines for clients receiving postpartum support services.
Cancellation Policy
At Sweet Cheeks Postpartum, I understand that life with a newborn can be unpredictable and flexibility is often needed. I value open communication and will always do my best to accommodate reasonable schedule changes when possible.
Consultation Appointments
Complimentary consultations may be rescheduled at any time with advance notice.
Postpartum Support Services
Clients are asked to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or schedule changes whenever possible.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service.
No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged the full scheduled service amount.
Overnight Care
Due to the limited availability of overnight postpartum and newborn care, overnight bookings canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be non-refundable.
Illness Policy
If anyone in the home is experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness, please notify Sweet Cheeks Postpartum as soon as possible so services may be safely rescheduled when appropriate.
Emergency Situations
Emergencies and unexpected medical situations will always be handled with compassion and reasonable flexibility.
